By downloading or playing Skirl ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Game; reverse engineer or decompile it; use cheats, exploits, or bots; or use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. In-Game Content

All in-game currency (coins), scores, and progress have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove any in-game content at any time.

4. Advertisements

The Game displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be shown between sessions or as optional rewarded content. No ads are shown during active gameplay.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to the Game

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use any content outside the Game without prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
