This Privacy Policy describes how Skirl ("the Game", "we", "our") handles information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data directly. Skirl does not require account registration, login, or any personally identifiable information to play.

The following data may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the Game:

Google AdMob — used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, if permission is granted), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads and measure performance. You will be prompted to grant or deny tracking permission (ATT) on first launch.

2. Data Stored Locally

Skirl stores the following data only on your device using iOS UserDefaults:

• Your best score and total coins earned
• Sound and music preferences (on/off)
• Game settings

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates Google AdMob for advertising. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

4. Children's Privacy

Skirl is rated 12+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

5. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5+, the Game will request permission to track your device for advertising. You may decline — the Game remains fully functional.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data on our servers. Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the Game.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
